We designed a solution around a single data entry point (Record Producer) connected to real-time calculation scripts. We leveraged ServiceNow’s native HTML document templates and Flow Designer to automate the generation and dispatch of the entire document packet.

- Implemented a Flow Designer architecture with a Decision Table to automatically select the correct document pack based on contract type and region.
- Integrated DocuSign seamlessly via Flow Designer to dispatch documents and auto-attach signed PDFs back to the HR Case.
