How we executed this engagement in practice. The phases below describe the delivery rhythm we use across ServiceNow, custom engineering, and mobile programs.

We built a Laravel backend API with a React frontend for the customer-facing site. We used Redis for caching and session management to handle high traffic. The payment system integrates with Stripe and PayPal, and we built a vendor dashboard where sellers can manage their products, inventory, and orders. We implemented queue jobs for background processing of orders and notifications.
